Waterend Farm Country Meeting Room provides, quiet, private and comfortable facilities in an unusual rural setting for:

The meeting room has excellent transport links, being just a short drive from junctions 13 and 14 of the M5, and has a nearby railway station (Cam & Dursley).  The rural location means that the problems of city centre congestion and car parking are avoided. Ample car parking is provided adjacent to the meeting room.

The room provides a versatile and flexible space which can be laid out in a variety of ways to suit your event.

• Boardroom – for up to 30 people
• Theatre – for up to 40 people
• Open Plan

The reception area can be used for meeting and greeting and as a syndicate room.  During the summer months there is an outside seating and garden area.

Catering

Tea, coffee and biscuits can be served at the times of your choice.

Excellent home cooked food is served – prepared using food sourced from local producers and suppliers. 
We can provide anything:

Homemade cakes and scones
Hot and cold buffets
Bacon and sausage baps
Three course meals

Prices

(all subject to VAT at 20%)

Meeting room hire is for a minimum of 3 hours.
Summer Rate (May to October), £30.00 for the first hour, £15.00 per hour thereafter.
Winter Rate (November to April), £35.00 for the first hour, £17.50 per hour thereafter.
Catering – We will build a bespoke package based on your specific needs. Please contact us to discuss the room hire and catering requirements.
