Waterend Farm offers bed and breakfast accommodation in one of five, traditionally furnished en-suite farmhouse bedrooms.

Waterend Farm is a working sheep farm. Guests are very welcome, by arrangement, to walk around the farm fields and to meet our flock of sheep and our Shetland ponies. You can also discover the wildlife around the River Cam which winds it’s way through the nearby fields.

The Blue Texel Room
Double room, with South facing views. En-suite and shower room.

The Charollais Room

West facing twin room, overlooking our farm pond. En-suite and shower room.

The Poll Dorset Room

Double room, South facing with views over to Cam Long Down and Cam Peak. En-suite and shower room.

The Texel Room

A Twin room, overlooking our garden, Frocester Hill and Cam Long Down. En-suite and shower room.

The Cotswold Room

A Family room with one double and one single bed. Large en-suite shower and bath room. The room is at the rear of the house, overlooking the rear courtyard and our orchard.

The Cotswold Room can be used in conjunction with the Charollais (twin) Room to provide accommodation for larger families happy to share a private bathroom.

A single ‘Z’ bed can be put in any of the rooms if required, at an additional charge.
The bed is suitable for a child or small adult.

We can provide a travel cot, free of charge. Please pre-book it and bring your own cot bedding. A highchair is provided in the breakfast room.
