Waterend Farm Country Meeting Room is an ideal venue for small family functions and parties. It’s quiet rural setting means that your event will remain private to you and your guests.  There is ample secure parking on site.

The room can be laid out in a variety of styles to best suit your event. Depending on the room layout, the venue will accommodate up to 40 people*.

In the summer, seating and tables can be provided on the garden lawn. A small festival tent can be erected on the lawn if required (subject to an additional charge).

A popular idea, particularly for birthday parties and family reunions is to use our ceiling mounted LCD projector to display a photographic slideshow from your laptop or via our DVD player. The wall mounted whiteboards provide additional display space.

Catering and Drinks

We can provide a wide range of catering from sandwich buffets to three course meals.  Please contact us to discuss your ideas and for a quotation.

The meeting room is not licenced to sell alcohol so you may provide your own drinks.  We can supply glasses for a small charge.

Decorations

We can decorate the room to your requirements or by arrangement make the room available for your own decorations.
