Meeting Room

£25.00 for the first hour, £12.50 per hour* thereafter.

The price includes use of LCD projector, OHP, microphone, TV, DVD, VCR, whiteboards, flipcharts and chart pens.

Water and mints on tables.

Tea, coffee and biscuits can be served at the times of your choice. Please contact us for a quotation.

Excellent home cooked catering is available - prepared using food sourced from local producers and suppliers. We can provide anything from homemade cakes and scones, hot and cold buffets, bacon and sausage baps to three course meals!

Vegetarian and special diet options are available by arrangement.

For private parties and functions the room can be decorated to your requirements** and by arrangement you may provide your own alcoholic drinks**.

Syndicate Room

An additional syndicate room can be used in the farmhouse (subject to availability).   The charge is £15 for the first hour, and £7.50 per hour* thereafter.

Booking terms and conditions.

Bookings must be confirmed in writing.

Confirmation of numbers and catering requirements is required 7 days before the event.

A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged for events cancelled up to 8 days before the event, and 75% for events cancelled 7 days or less before the event.

Payment terms are strictly 28 days from invoice date.

Payment may be made by cash, cheque or credit card.

Prices valid from July 2008.
